Constance "Connie" Harper, associate publisher and editor-in-chief of the Call & Post Newspapers, has passed away. The Press Club of Cleveland will induct Harper into the Cleveland Journalism Hall of Fame on Nov. 7. Our deepest condolences to her family and friends.
