Veteran
journalist Rachel Dissell, currently working for Cleveland Documenters
and The Marshall Project, helped lead an effort over the summer to teach
people how to get and use public records via a text course. More than
500 people signed up and completed the course, which was created with
support from the Northeast Ohio Solutions Journalism Collaborative and
Linda Austin of NewsTrain.
