The periodic Behind the Headlines Series explores the facts and stories behind the region's most timely news topics. This session will address the challenges Cleveland faces in implementing meaningful reforms in its approach to law enforcement, and discuss how the police and the community can work together toward peace in the city's neighborhoods.
